Stetler Model of Evidence-Based Practice (EBP)
Model Assumptions
It combines internal and external factors to implement EBP. Examples of internal factors are the policies of the organization and the process of utilization by the stakeholders, while examples of external factors include the results of the study and the protocols used (Indra, 2018).
Evidence of Suitability to the Project
Intervention
Indra (2018) states that this model allows the stakeholders to control the situation. With the nurses as the primary stakeholders, the nurses shall be educated and trained to handle intimidating and physically dangerous circumstances.
Scope of the Project
Parkosewich (2013) discussed that the model was initially applied to the Baystate Medical Center to incorporate the results of the studies into the educational, clinical, and managerial aspects of the organization. Similarly, the WVI program shall be employed in UCSD Health, a clinical facility.
Guide to Implementation
The five phases of this model are the following: Phase I is about preparation; Phase II submits for the validation of data gathered; Phase III entails data analysis; Phase IV uses reforms on the process based on gathered data; Phase V evaluates the aspects that imposed the most favorable outcomes (Indra, 2018).

Currently, no evidence applied the Stetler Model for EBP for WVI programs. However, it proved to be successful in medical scenarios that focus on patient management.
Processes and Interactions
The model encourages the individual practitioner to educate oneself on the intervention. Consequently, it also allows group interventions to reduce a particular factor (Indra, 2018) exclusively. In this study, the nurses, researchers, and administrators shall cooperate to ensure proper decision-making and ensure the success of WVI programs.
Advancing Research and Clinical Practice Through Close Collaboration (ARCC) Model

The ARCC Model presumes the essentiality of guiding the mentors to excellently implement the intervention (Kim et al., 2017).

The ARCC Model supports the mission and vision of UCSD Health, as it promotes a multidisciplinary approach. It involves all the stakeholders to help eradicate the barriers by promoting a culturally competent approach (Kim et al., 2017).
Scope of the Project
Arroyo (2019) utilized this model to reduce workplace violence. It emphasizes the engagement of the EBP mentors to recondition the organizational attitudes of the stakeholders properly. The study aims to employ trained mentors to guide the nurses in understanding the WVI program. The model shall help the mentors find suitable research studies to help the nurses of UCSD Health.
Guide to Implementation
The model identifies the possible barriers, strengths, and weaknesses of the study, and these shall be the focus of the training of the EBP mentors (Marshall, 2014).
