Lifestyle is in a continuous state of evolution since the time of our forefathers. Globalization, types of work, the increasing living standards, and advancements in technology are altering our social cognitive capabilities. People are very busy working with minimal time for social (Küster et al., 2016). Most of the people we relate to are workmates, yet it is not intense socialization because we are busy working, and we end up with too much time to do and less time to socialize. In the process, we luck time to spend with our family and friends. Globalization has drifted the family unit and the friendship circle as people work away from their home places. The only time people get to socialize is once a year when they are off work, yet not everyone will be off work at the same time of the year. This dramatically affects the time to socialize.
