This document is a severance package agreement between JAMES GORDON (Employee) and SUNTOP ENTERPRISE (Employer) effective from 13TH March 2014. The Employee has been employed from 23rd February 2009 to 8th March 2014. Both parties have consented to the termination of their employer/employee relationship, which will be in effect from 8th March 2014.
