Volunteer Without Borders
The goal of Volunteer Without Borders is to become excellent in supporting education and other programs that are good for humanity. They are here to publicize diligence and self-reliance in different parts of the world by the provision of the needed social welfare services, and also tools for self-advancement.
The volunteer opportunities they have are located in Cap Haitien, an area in Haiti for at least 1 week. They also accept volunteers that have a medical background, medical students, and community volunteers. The volunteers stay in volunteer houses and have the chance to view Haiti from the perspective of the community, hospitals, cultures, and tourists. They also accept volunteers from Mexico and Phoenix who have the same qualifications as the ones in Haiti.
The foundation aims to develop a better model for responsible tourism that will give the local people an opportunity to earn profit, protect the future that is ahead of them, customs and culture that can be impacted by mainstream or tourism is also part of their cause. The operating models that collaborate with them covers 100% of the funding donated by volunteers for certain projects. The Track of the Tiger T.R.D., and the partners of the tourism industry funds the overheads and other expenses.
