Dynamics Inside the K-pop Dancing Club

Other (Not Listed) Instructions:

According to the requirement of the analysis, the organization I chose for my paper is Kpop Dancing Club. Please choose and cite from the paper I provided. The requirement document with structure sample and format requirement is also provided.

To apply lessons learned in the course, you will conduct your own observational analysis – incorporating at least three references to course material – of organizational dynamics within a given group with which you have close familiarity. To help ensure that you each have an independent opportunity for this project, a “Discussion” has been established through the course website to avoid overlapping coverage of any particular group. On a first-registered, first-claimed basis, you are free and encouraged to analyze any organization with which you have close familiarity. For the Analysis, there will be a 1,000-word-limit rather than any particular page counts. Consequently, you are free to use whatever style of margins or spacing that you find most comfortable. A simple 1” margin on all sides with single- or double-spaced text that is saved at 12-point Times New Roman would be fine; however, if you are committed to a specific font, feel free to use it. Two models that you can follow for your Analysis are: Option X If you have experience or interest to write like a magazine writer or professional news columnist might write about the organization that you analyze, please feel welcome and encouraged to do so. If you adopt this approach, please be sure to bold references that you make to topics and/or papers from the course. Option Y As a different style, you can also follow the template that is outlined here: Paragraph 1: Provide “vitals” of the organization. Who? What? When? Where? Topic 1: discussion of observations that you made with reference to course material Topic 2: “” Topic 3 or more: “” Final Paragraph: Attempt to synthesize a portion, at least, of your topical insights For either Option, topics can be gleaned from the course Syllabus and/or the presentation slides that are posted on Canvas. Examples include: Leadership styles; Degree and ways in which Voice is exercised; Importance of eating-together; Relevance of members’ background characteristics; etc…. In addition to course material, you are also free and encouraged to draw upon the observations of any news articles or other 3rd -party postings (e.g., from social media) that might have recently been written about the organization. Please be certain to attribute background material wherever it is applicable and use consistently whatever citation style is most familiar to you (e.g., footnotes and/or in-text citations)

Degree and Ways to Exercise Voice
Introduction
Organizational behavior is characterized by its diverse nature, as it delves into the complexities of employee engagement, dedication, and the manifestation of voice across different corporate settings. This study uses the findings from Burris et al. (2008) research better to understand the dynamics inside the K-pop Dancing Club. Therefore, it investigates how K-pop Dancing Club members express their worries, suggestions, and critiques and, more significantly, analyzes the impact their psychological connection or detachment to the club has on these behaviors.
Background
Organizational behavior researchers have long been interested in the causes and effects of organizational citizenship behaviors (OCBs). A person's OCBs are essential to contributing to an organization beyond their job description. The efficiency of any organization may be improved by encouraging these actions (Nisar et al., 2020). The two main types of OCBs that researchers have identified are affiliative and challenging-promotive. Affiliative behaviors comprise activities that correspond closely with established organizational rules, practices, and standards. While challenging-proactive OCBs are known for their willingness to challenge the status quo, push for change, and tackle problems head-on within the context
