Data Collection Techniques
After formulating the questions, the next step is formulating an appropriate data collection method. The instructor will use a combination of data collection techniques to gather data from the subjects. The first one is direct observation. The instructor will observe the subjects as they perform their daily duties. Through observation, the instructor will note particular behaviours in some students while in the workplace. . The instructor will check how each subject interacts with other professionals. The approach will enable the tutor to receive firsthand information into the behaviour of the individual subjects. The instructor will observe each student’s tolerance, communication skills, interaction, and collaboration with colleagues and clients. Using direct observation will enable the teacher to obtain unbiased information (Lontz, 2016). Such information will be critical in assessing the subjects objectively.
