People
In particular, companies lose their workers since they are not satisfied with their jobs. Many employees start searching for jobs in other firms when they feel dissatisfied or their contributions are not valued by their employers (Moussa & Somjai, 2019). In that light, the company should understand that workers are crucial in helping it achieve its set goals, mission, vision, and objectives. That is why it should implement an internal training program meant for its employees. Workers in the sales and marketing departments should be trained on how to advertise products and services using digital resources, such as social media platforms. They should be helped to know how they can undertake their responsibilities effectively and efficiently. After the training, the firm can pick those highly qualified and nurture them by promoting them to perform jobs with higher responsibilities. This KPI can be measured by determining the rate of employee turnover. For example, if the turnover decreases, it means that more workers are starting to like their jobs and that they are satisfied with what they do. Moreover, the KPI will help the firm achieve its goals since employees will be able to undertake their tasks and be creative in addressing the issues they might come through while working. Workers will also use the knowledge and skills obtained from the training program to make sales and reach many potential customers in different geographic locations, making it easy for the company to enter new countries or territories.
