A reflection on Statistics major

Prompts: How did you decide to become a statistics major? What about statistics excites you? Name one application of statistics mentioned in "The Joy of Stats" that particularly interests you. Explain the application and why it interests you.
There is no specific length requirement, but these should be thoughtful reflections. You should expect to spend an hour or so on each reflecting, organizing your thoughts, and writing your response. Your reflection should be typed, should answer the prompt, should include proper sentence structure and grammar, and should demonstrate your thoughtful reflection.
Each reflection is graded on a 10-point scale:
9-10 points: answered all prompts, thoughtful response, and good grammar
6-8 points: didn't answer or minimal effort to respond to some prompts; or egregious grammar errors
0-5 points: only minimally answered one or two of the prompts
