*Write a six (6) page paper in which you:
*Create an overview of the process and steps involved in human resource planning, recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and hiring of employees.
*Develop a comprehensive strategy for training new employees. Focusing on the role of the new employees within the organization.
*Propose two to four (2-4) training strategies aimed at motivating the employees to learn key aspects about their new jobs.
*Determine key issues that human resource management employees would be likely to encounter in the health care field. Prepare a plan that will enable the new employees to address each issue which includes instructional strategies, resources that will be utilized, and evaluation criteria for determining success.
*Design at least three (3) visual components that enhance the program you have outlined, such as charts or diagrams.

Introduction
Staffing in Human Resource Management (HRM) is the process of recruiting people to occupy various positions in an organization. In this case, a health care company seeks to hire staff members to fill positions within the organization. Below is a proposal that discusses the staffing process through the five stages which include, Planning, Recruiting, Interviewing, Selecting and hiring. The essay also discusses a strategy that can be used in the training of the hired staff members. It also includes strategies that will be used to ensure that the hired employees learn and take note of crucial aspects during the training process. I have also analyzed some of the issues that the staff members may experience in their practice which is necessary to include in the training part.
Staffing process
It is the process in Human Resource Management that involves acquiring new staff. The process has five stages across which it is carried out. To acquire the staff, it is essential that all the five steps are well-strategized for and followed keenly to ensure that the best employees are hired. The stages include;

* Planning
It is the stage in staffing which involves developing a critical plan that will be used in acquiring the staff. During this stage, the HRM department needs to focus on several factors. One is to estimate the number of staff they need. It will help in ensuring that they do not hire less or more than is required (Cascio, 2015). It also needs to focus on the descriptions of the positions, i.e. on matters qualifications required, the nature of work to be performed by various position holders among others. The organization should also seek to identify the possible remunerations for the positions in this stage to ensure that they do not recruit a workforce they cannot pay. The planning stage is generally for designating the areas, qualifications, possible remunerations, and deciding the number of human resources they need.
* Recruiting
After the planning process, now the organization is ready to hire the workforce for already designated positions with set qualifications and set remunerations hence potential candidates can start applying. The organization can use various platforms, e.g. social media, ads, newspapers among others to notify of available positions and encourage people to apply. The recruitment process is generally on encouraging as many people as possible to apply for jobs to ensure that the organization has a diverse number to select from. The process also entails informing the prospective candidates the methods they may use to apply for the jobs, e.g. sending emails or dropping their applications at the company offices.
* Selecting
After application of the potential candidates, the next stage is that of choosing the most suitable candidates. First candidates will be shortlisted depending on the set qualifications (Glasgow, 2018). Only applicants who meet the thresholds set in the planning stage will be selected to be interviewed.
