Primary Findings of the Client
Last week I conducted an assessment on a colleague at Skytech Organizations. The client also completed all the required questionnaires. The client was a 27-year-old woman from Texas. After making some analysis on the information the client provided, I noticed that there were different health conditions the client was suffering from and there were a lot of changes needed to improve the health condition of the patient. From the questionnaire, the client did not suffer from any kind of illness. The client wanted to join a gym and maintain a good fitness level. This is because, from the goals section of the questionnaire, the client needed to improve physical fitness, look better physically better, and maintain a healthy diet. According to the eating habits of the client, the diets had high calories. From her eating habits, she liked oily and junk foods and drunk less water. This means that the client needed to adopt a healthy living habit and get involved in physical exercises.
The Level of the Client
The client is overweight because her BMI was 30. This means the level of the client is tertiary prevention level. When coming up with a coaching and nutritional plan of the client, all the necessary measures to promote a healthy lifestyle for the client.
