For an environment to be termed as ideal in any situation or setup, it should at least fit the description of being physically, socially, and emotionally fit and favorable to its inhabitants. An environment that one finds themselves directly affects the efficiency and the overall outcome (Cristofoli et al., 2019). These conditions can have long-term effects on a person. Given a case of a child raised in a violent household, they will grow up knowing that violence is normal and ends up acquiring that personality. Employees can be motivated at work by rewarding them for achievement or being recognized for a well-done job. These appreciations can be done verbally through praise. Monetary rewards and acknowledgment motivate employees to work harder and feel appreciated (Said & El-Shafei, 2021). A sense of being valued and motivated to work harder. Humans are naturally social beings, and support from those around us can be a motivation to tackle any problem with confidence. The feeling that you can rely on your colleagues in bad times for support and guidance brings out a sense of unity and working towards a common goal.
