The analysis of political, social and economic culture helps in a proper understanding of a community. Texas is the largest state in the U.S, making it an ideal state for the accomplishment of macroeconomic goals. Texas political culture focuses on providing crucial information about the governance in the state. Government and politics in Texas focus on handling the diverse population in Rio Grande Valley, and the constitution is designed to match the US constitution composed of executive, legislature and judicial powers (Garcia Jr and Miguel 726). Individual rights are protected for the increased social and economic performance of Rio Grande Valley residents. Political culture in different areas in Texas such as Rio Grande Valley is moralistic, individualistic and traditionalistic. Texas is a unitary democratic state that is under the presidential system. The state has county and municipal levels of governance for increased flow in the state. Political and legal systems are designed to help in dealing with different problems in Texas for social and economic development. Texas is a one-party state with Democratic Party dominating the state for over 100 years and later replaced by the Republican Party in 2002 (Champagne et al.). Political leaders are dedicated to reaching the desired goals by observing political, social, education and economic justice to the people in Rio Grande Valley.
