How does their journey through the country and interactions with villagers help them understand the cultural background of the Amistad warriors? I mean there seems to have a lot of files, but you can only find three of the keywords and just read a tiny portion of the textbook. The trouble is to find the key words.

Bacon's Rebellion
Bacon's rebellion is one of the most critical rebellions which heavily impacted slavery. It was a rebellion between 1677 and 1676 that majorly affected the natives (Clark and Nancy 78). Nathaniel Bacon initiated the rebellion to fight against William Berkeley. Slavery is classified as the first among the North American colonies initiated by specific frontiersmen. The rebellion was effective since specific European indentured servants also joined it. The rebellion was a critical threat to wealthy planters and governor Beckley (Clark and Nancy 77). Nathaniel took the opportunity to set specific grievances to be met by the colonizers. He claimed that the power executed by the governor was illegitimate and based on self-interest. Governor Berkley is a crucial individual in the historical engagement, and he was assumed to be the key determiner of the Beaver trade. He organized different activities which ensured the African work on the plantation. Beaver trade is a critical term that many people did not welcome since it was based on forced engagement in the farms (Clark and Nancy 78). Nathaniel is described as an individual who does not consider social levelling. A social leveler is a key term used to describe an individual who draws any line when fighting for his people. For instance, Nathaniel Bacon had a critical relationship with Berkley's wife; however, he did not draw any line while addressing the group's interests (Clark and Nancy 79). He rallied support against Berkeley without distinction between the blacks and whites. Besides, he never focused on the conditions such as enslaved people and freemen. Therefore, he focused on the critical term 'common people.' It is a critical term that was considered to embrace individuals regardless of their race or social status. Therefore, Nathaniel is a key figure who can be described as brave and fair whose action of rebellion saved many individuals.
Phillis Wheatley
Phillis Wheatley is a key figure due to her contribution to the massive slave trade. Wheatley was born in Africa in 1754 transported as a slave as a teenage girl (Clark and Nancy 219). She is considered a key figure since, at the age of 14, she behaved uniquely from other slaves. She consistently wrote poems that made her freed. Her talent and critical skills freed her from the intensified slaves. Wheatley's main ideology was freedom; she believed in freedom as the key solution to the increased oppression by the colonizers. The main idea was to ensure that the slaves understood the content of freedom and how they could gain it. The colonizers saw Wheatley's action as a threat since it would enlighten the trade on their rights, making them rebel. Therefore, the key terms that Phillis considered were oppression and freedom. Oppression was described as misuse of power for specific gains, which affects the engagement of other teams. Freedom is the ability to act without any restraints. Phillis used the identified terms to compose her poems and embrace slavery as an abomination (Clark and Nancy 218).
