I believe through the course Management 100, I have acquired various skills that have enabled me to become a good communicator at work. First, I learned the importance of active listening as someone speaks to me and the importance of knowing the audience I am communicating with. Furthermore, I learned to read other people's body language when talking to them. Similarly, I learnt how to be aware of my body language to ensure I am not sending the wrong impression as I communicate. Additionally, I became a good communicator at work by learning how to choose the right time to pass on a given piece of information.
