Organizational behavior is termed a deep study of how humans behave in organizations. A manager is a person who oversees and manages the roles and responsibilities of other people in the organization (Schermerhorn & Bachrach, 2020). A manager who understands organizational behavior and an effective management concept inspires and influence efficiency. Effective managers must treat all employees with deep respect and understanding, and not just like employees who are there to work for them.
