Introduction
Management is an integral part of business organizations and society. In the society, each person is involved in management at one level or another, whether working individually or in a firm, or just managing personal time. Although people and organizations apply management differently, the application in both cases involves similar aspects. Therefore, this paper aims at describing how coordination and organization are integral to my personal life.
Coordination
Management is a social process, which implies that it is concerned with the aspect of developing relationships. In an organization, it is the duty of management to make interaction between people productive (Noe & Wright, 2017). As the coordinator of the youth segment of my church, fostering the social process while encouraging members to contribute money is very challenging. It is even more difficult when acknowledging those who contribute more while ensuring those who contribute less do not feel isolated.
