Assignment: Now let's practice with writing a topic and paragraph that responds to the thesis. Remember, the topic sentence deals with one specific point that furthers the argument presented in the thesis. I've provided a thesis statement below. Your assignment is to develop a topic sentence and a 6-8 sentence paragraph that responds to your topic sentence. Therefore, your paragraph will look at ONE "less attractive side of electric vehicles." (BTW this is not necessarily my personal opinion.) Must be in MLA format. Always avoid plagiarism. Also, make sure it does not lack organization that is centered around a thesis.
Thesis: The increased discussion of converting to all electric vehicles is exciting, but the supporters fail to seriously delve into the less attractive side of electric vehicles.
