Linda Williams’ book provides an in-depth look into the subject of sex as portrayed through pornography. Williams succeeds in providing the reader with a thorough history of pornography and how its evolution over time. As Williams mentions, there have been consecutive studies in sex and pornography. However, one finds that the findings and assertions change as sex becomes a more liberalized idea, especially with pornography.
