Revision of a Narrative Essay

Write a narrative essay where you tell the story of a decision you made or someone you know made and what influenced the decision. In your essay, make sure to explain what in your or the other person’s background or identity influenced the decision. How did the decision came about? Make sure to explain the context or circumstances for the decision, the decision itself, and what influenced you to make the decision.
Where were you? What about movement? Gesture?
Who was with you? What was the day like? The weather? Time frame? Were you sitting or standing? Did you move? Change position?
Where were your arms and hands? What was said?
What you were wearing? Any sounds? Music? Other voices?
Take a photo of the moment of decision Try to condense the narrative into five minutes of time
Describe the photo What about light? Shadow? Time of day? Weather?
