Uber is an American multinational company that provides transport services. They are the leading car-for-hire service that can be accessed on one's Smartphone from any location worldwide (Pace). Uber has made the car-for-hire service convenient and cashless. Uber drivers arrive within minutes of the request while before you would hail a cab or wait for around thirty minutes for a car service. If a person uses their credit card to pay for Uber, no real money is necessary (Pace). The passenger can merely walkout at their stop, and the money is later credited to Uber and the driver. One can track the driver from the point of request and during the ride. They have made a standard service professional and user(consumer) friendly
