Cloud computing refers to the use of web-based software to gain access to external business environments using virtual systems (Attaran, 2017). Virtual systems are created by networks that allow the systems involved to link virtually using digital types of equipment such as computers. Extranet systems of computers are used to gain access to external users of the network and allow organizations to share information with other organizations. A localized version of the extranet is the intranet. It facilitates communication and digital sharing within an organization (Attaran, 2017). The internet is a cloud-based system that is used to serve the users virtually from anywhere by gaining access to the virtual cloud system.
Service-oriented infrastructure refers to infrastructure that uses virtual network systems to service components of systems using applications. The efficiency of the design depends on the nature of the technology that is being used to feed the main components of the design. Designing of services within the system is an optimization measure that is made in the system to ensure that it is optimized. Service design is also used to service the entire design with aspects of new technology to keep it updated.
