US History: The US Laws and the Manifest Destiny

TOPIC 1: How does the U.S. Constitution guarantee that no branch of the federal government will become too powerful? How does the Bill of Rights guarantee basic liberties to U.S. citizens? Are there any rights or amendments that you feel need to be changed or that are not listed (and should be)?

The United States government has a long history that informs its current laws. Many of these laws' missions are to promote equality and justice in all aspects of government, ensuring that no one is more powerful than others in a harmful way. To do this, the government simply enables each part of government to examine and evaluate all other branches in order to prevent any branch from becoming too strong. For example, the President has the ability to veto legislation passed by Congress, and the Supreme Court has the authority to establish laws unconstitutional. The House of representatives of Representatives are the two chambers of Congress, and a 2/3 vote in both houses can override a presidential veto.
The government grants the bill of rights, also known as Americans rights, to the people of the United States, and this right is naturally given to any human born in this country. Citizens' rights are what make our world far more civilized than it was a century ago. This right ensures a citizen's freedom of the press, expression, and religious views, as well as establishing legal process norms and delegating all authorities not provided to the federal government to individuals and states.
When asked whether there are any changes I would want to see in the existing amendment or rights, I would respond that I am OK with it. In reality, it is already flawless; what makes it defective is that people's rights are occasionally abused and ignored....
