The video is an episode named ‘Blink’ which is in the third series of Doctor Who, a science fiction TV series made in Britain, as the tenth episode. The episode starts off with a young woman named Sally Sparrow who sets out to investigate an ancient abandoned house. She discovers a concealed message on the wall with her name which cautions her to beware of Weeping Angels. The message is from the Doctor, and it directs that she must duck. Sparrow ducks just in time which saves her from being hit by a rock flung from nowhere.
Later, Sparrow returns to the house accompanied by her friend Nightingal. However, Nightingal vanishes followed by a knock at the old door. Someone shows up and claims to be Nightingal’s grandson and gives Sparrow a letter from Nightingal who seems to have been transported back in time. Sparrow reports the issues to the police and the detective disappears mysteriously only to meet her later as an old man with a message from a Doctor claimed to have been trapped in 1969. This is followed by a series of events but finally, Sparrow gets to see Martha and the Doctor, but they do not recognize her as they were sent in the past. The episode comes to an end with a repeat of the warnings from the Doctor, but they are directed to the viewers with flashes of the statues which might imply that any statue across the world might be Weeping Angel.
