Reflection Essay on the Film A Star is Born
This is a musical film that was produced in 2018. It revolves around the lives of Jack, who is a musician battling with alcoholic addiction, and Ally, a singer who is also a waitress in a drug club who later marries Jack. The two go through a hard time balancing their affair and their careers. Though their careers are similar and that Jack helped uplift Ally career-wise, Ally becomes more successful than her husband. Jacks' drinking habit ends him in a rehab where he reforms but unfortunately commits suicide after he leaves the rehab. This musical film has opened my eyes in many ways. The first one being that we should not be selfish but help others where we can. Jack helps uplift Ally's career. Ally, too, puts her husband before her career. When she requests Rez, her producer, to allow Jack to perform with her in her upcoming concerts after rehab and Rez refuses, she chooses her h...
