The six friends namely Ross, Joey, Chandler, Monica, Phoebe, and Rachel live in New York and the show focuses on their personal and professional lives. A lot of things are happening in the show but in this particular episode, there are two main things. First, there is Ross who is forced to say goodbye to his pet named Marcel and then there is Monica who in the end is forced to face reality and decide to be happy with her life the way it is.
