With the continuous changes in the market, various trends are uprising and becoming the center of attention. This attention is what they call the source of data for their product to improve for people in the business fields. Kira wrote that Megatrends and the Next Big Things (NBTs) are concepts that are proven to influence the flow of the market. As such, Good 360 is not exempted from the influence of these trends. That is why this paper will provide a brief background of Good 360 and various recommendations that would help its improvement.

That is why, according to Rohner (2018), people will eventually be affected by these changes, and Good 360 will have to extend their help to those in need.
For this to happen, Kira wrote that Good 360 should provide service to those in need without interruptions and constraints. Then, the Next Big Thing for Good 360 is to use the current technology trend that greatly helps massive numbers of organizations. Through this, Good 360 will be given help for their logistics, management, and more.
