For instance, the economic status of an area can influence the buying ability of consumers. It may affect business sales positively or negatively. If the economic crisis causes the sales to drop, the business operation may have to adjust to avoid loss of sales and profit. However, despite this fact, Tesla was able to gain attention enough to build the organization a reputation in the industry (Moritz, Redlich, Krenz, Buxbaum-Conradi, and Wulfsberg, 2015). Although electric vehicles are pricey futuristic innovation, some people have set their eyes on the product. In this aspect, Tesla has managed to market itself and its models progressively. The organization continues to expand as an innovative automotive company despite having many competitions in the industry.
