  1. Of all the points discussed in the video, my most important takeaway is the idea of convergent and divergent thinkers. In the poll, it was discovered that most organizations have convergent thinkers, and I realized that this is because organizations need someone who can solve problems based on their individual realities. This is something that most people would appreciate. But I realized that there is a huge difference if an organization also has a number of divergent thinkers – people who can think of questions, so that convergent thinkers can find solutions to issues way before they arise.
