Early childhood development is Important in education. Hence it is crucial to have a leader who is knowledgeable and dedicated in the field. A leader in early childhood must pose key elements like creating an environment that is conducive for learning and monitoring, making and developing strong connections with the students and their families (Buller, 2013). A leader must also be able to acknowledge the students as the main center of attention and priority, and lastly, a dedicated leader should work with other colleagues to create effective methods of learning and teaching. They should also be knowledgeable about the things that work best for a particular group of people and also implicate new ideas and strategies.
