There are various areas developing leaders are supposed to address in an organization. Some of these areas include low performance, the new mission of the organization, new leadership, and low job satisfaction among the employees. Low performance has a lot of adverse effects on the organization. For example, low performance lowers the morale of the employees; it increases the work burden if those employees who are performing well, and it contributes to a lack of initiatives and motivates in the organization. Low-performance issues are caused by poor attitude, lack of skills, and lack of aptitude for a role. To deal with this problem, developing leaders should recommend the training of the employees. In case there is a lack of aptitude, emerging leaders can give employees roles that they can handle. Employees should be given feedback to keep them engaged in an organization.
New leaders cause a lot of tension in the organization. Sometimes new leaders will encounter difficult people in their team, and this makes their working environment very difficult. New leaders also experience cultural issues. Motivation is something that these leaders experience difficulties because their environment has a lot of pressure that is difficult for them to contain. These leaders are supposed to be patient because patience will assist them in finding balance on how to handle issues. They must also learn to work with the employees together, and this will help in establishing the culture of the organization.
Lack of communication in the organization can lead to low satisfaction in the organization. When the needs of the employees are not catered for, there is low satisfaction.
