Conflicting Viewpoint: Gun Control
Institutional Affiliation
Conflicting Viewpoint: Gun Control
The issue of gun control is one that divides opinions. Whenever the topic of gun control arises, the rhetoric is normally divisive with each side believing that their stance in the best. However, it is the innocent people that suffer. Horrific shooting massacres of innocent school children have put even more pressure on the authorities to implement stringent gun control measures but there is still no breakthrough. Majority of people believe that gun sale laws should be strict supported by gun safety legislation. I support this view because I believe that the fact that guns get into the hands of wrong people is because of lack of gun safety legislation.
