This may include identification of a specific problem, the purpose of the study, underlying theories, a hypothesis, and the methods he or she plans to use to conduct the research. The method section of a survey proposal might include who the participants are, the sampling techniques employed, measurement scales and variable definitions, a survey procedure outline, and data analysis strategies.

The purpose of this proposal is to determine whether random people have a mindset consisting of psychopathic tendencies. Many people these days are subject to awkward psychological traits. The way that society is involved in bringing up young ones has changed thus a different breed of people are raised up in unworthy surroundings (Robinson, 2014). Many incidences have been recorded in news briefings which depict the rate of degradation and strange happenings in our society. To investigate the causes of this issue, various psychologists have examined the affected people and found that the main contributors to this kind of behavior lies in the background of these people (Dattalo, 2010). Some of them have been involved in committing felonies thus making it harder for courts to decide whether to put them in jail or mental facilities (Bachman, 2014). The justice system is therefore at a confused state. We intend to investigate the prevalence rate of psychopathic tendencies in this community.
We are conducting a survey in which we will give people questionnaires containing the following questions. The answers given by the participants will help us determine the prevalence rate of psychopathic tendencies within a group of people. The information collected will be confidential and only the general results will be released (Robinson, 2014). Participation in this survey is not mandatory. Anyone can opt out of the process. Each participant has to be 18 years and above to participate in this survey.
