Seal Team is a group of individuals who are highly trained combats. They were sent on high-value target missions, which were deadly, as a special-purpose team. Additionally, it replicates a particular wing or group in the United States navy seals. The navy seals, just like any other armed forces, are trained to work in groups, and every member has to fulfill the achievement of the group's goals. I chose this movie because of the exceptional quality of cohesiveness demonstrated by the characters, making the group look like one with no divided duties. The responsibility of each seal member on the ground is also a responsibility to watch each other's backs. In the movie, the group members depict high capabilities to perform group tasks entitled to them. The way the navy works in the field makes it look as simple as one person sent to do a challenging or straightforward field task. However, this is usually a group of people with the same levels of training but differently talented. Furthermore, the team that engages with deadly missions like the seal team should be held together by strong and positive group dynamics.
