. Various leaders have risen up to the thrown but all of them have used various techniques and philosophies. One of the philosophies used is servant leadership. Servant leadership basically has enthroned the power possessed by individual and generally the public and transformed it like an inverted pyramid. This has seen various leaders transforming their power and effectively not ruling but leading the subjects in way of not dictating. The ones that have taken this philosophy into practice have seen themselves, put the needs of the subjects first .This essay seeks to describe how a person can uphold this leadership philosophy and transform the feeling of resentment into a crucial force to offer leadership.
Servant leadership begins at heart when one desire to serve by not using dictatorship method. Requirements in leadership make one to consider various choices as per the demand of leadership.
