During my internship at Uoffer, I explored Supply Chain Management's (SCM) intricacies, understanding its crucial role in optimizing operational efficiency and strengthening customer satisfaction. As this example demonstrated, SCM is the key to coordinating financial, data, and product movements. Its broad reach extends beyond logistics.
