The general safety of the hospital employees is of utmost importance for the institution for these people are the workforce of the organization who make it possible for the system to operate. On the other hand, the specific objectives include: 1) To improve the skills of the employees while being observed in their on-the-job training; 2) To ensure that all the members of the institution are trained with basic life skills.; and 3) To certify all the health professionals in advanced life support.; 4) The non-medically-related staff shall be knowledgeable on the basic signs and symptoms of an emergency to know when to call for help and for which department they must address the problem.
* Instructional Methods
To provide the best training techniques, the management shall evaluate the organization and its overall environment holistically. The formulation of the instructional methods follows a step-by-step process that includes selecting the best sequences, choosing the proper content, context, and training rooms, and deciding on the appropriate methods and tactics.
