Answer 1: A Code of Conduct and A Discipline Process
Jessie and Ashton should ensure that their staff understands the reasons for creating a code of conduct and discipline process by holding physical meetings in every store. They should allow employees to participate and share challenges that they encounter. From that point, Jessie and Ashton should pick primary issues presented by workers and allow them to suggest solutions to overcome them. Besides, at that juncture, they should discuss the importance of developing a code of conduct and discipline process. Jessie and Ashton should make employees understand that the code of conduct and a discipline process is not implemented to discourage them or become a hindrance in their operations. Rather, it is the best way to ensure that employees are focused on achieving common objectives (Schmidt, MacWilliams, & Neal-Boylan, 2017). In other words, Jessie and Ashton should make it that a code of conduct and a discipline process is a framework to harmonize workers and make them accountable for their actions. As such, physical meetings where workers' ideas and opinions are highly valued are the best for convincing employees about the importance of a code of conduct and a discipline process.

Answer 2: Other Aspects of A Discipline Process
Other aspects of the discipline process that should be included are the importance of good employees' behaviors, how customers should be treated, the benefits of serving clients well, and effective communication with customers to avoid misunderstandings. Jessie and Ashton should assume that their employees know nothing about treating customers and should teach them from scratch. Some of the things that might appear common knowledge are the ones that bring confusion if there is no clear framework or guideline on how to approach them. For example, Jessie and Ashton should use simulations or role-playing to show how workers should treat their customers. Employees should be informed that clients act differently. For example, some of them are always angry for nothing, and others are calm. However, workers' responsibility is to ensure that all these customers are assisted without mistreating them. If there is good communication between a worker and customer, the latter enjoys the service even if they react aggressively (Schmidt, MacWilliams, & Neal-Boylan, 2017). As such, when working with these different types of clients, workers should remain calm and offer proper assistance to them. Furthermore, the most significant thing is treating employees well so that even if they are angry today, tomorrow they will come again due to good hospitality and buy products. As such, the employees' motto should be to treat all clients the best at all the time.
