A brief description of the business, Navy Military recruiting Office its products, Recruiting- "all recruiting offices are the same setting" number of employees, 6 location including city/state/neighborhood- Pasadena/CA/Los Angeles and demographics for the area , buildings and equipment owned and anything else you feel is important to better understand the risks the company may face.
Who manages the risk of the company, makes suggestions and decisions on how to manage these risks, obtains insurance coverage or other risk mitigating arrangements? What is this person's title?
Using the material in the text regarding types of risk, identify several risks associated with the business practices. These should include risk of physical loss, material/equipment/inventory loss, injury risks, etc.
How are these risks managed/minimized by the company currently, and are there any other suggestions you have to better mitigate these risks?
Discuss any holistic/Enterprise Risk Management techniques used by the business.
Write a nice conclusion wrapping up your findings and major points/conclusions.

A brief description of the business
US Naval Recruiting Office is one of the most prominent US military offices in the United States. Joining the military is a career opportunity for any person. The recruitment system for US Navy Officers is diverse and more flexible, meeting the needs of the diverse population encountered in the United States. However, US Army has a strict recruitment and selection method that depends on the method of entry depending on the principles related to recruiting and selecting qualified candidates. The Navy Military Recruiting Office mainly trains and recruits qualified candidates to the Navy Military to enhance efficiency and successful operation in Navy forces (Storper et al., 2015). The recruiting offices have the same setting to offer the same skills to the recruits joining the Navy military. The US Naval Recruiting office consists of about 200 employees working with a primary goal of recruiting dedicated personnel who will first prioritize the need of others and that of the country.
US Naval Recruiting is in Los Angeles City, California State, and the neighboring states, including Colorado and Nevada. Los Angeles is roughly 2 613 square miles and has 9 500 000 total population of people. US Naval Recruiting Office prioritizes employing quality US Navy military personnel who will whole-heartedly. Los Angeles is among one of the largest cities in the United States. Therefore, the presence of a military recruiting center is the base ground for guaranteeing a good Navy team for the country (Knudson et al., 2018). However, discipline in the navy starts with an individual who would be a team player in the Navy unit. Today, the United States is becoming more at risk of developing the new technology from terror countries such as China and Russia. Therefore, the recruits must be of high quality that merges with the recent technology to avoid the new trending attacks via cyber and space. 
Management of company risks
The Navy Recruiting station has a designated executive officer as the Operation Risk Management (ORM) program manager to manage the recruiting exercise and implement strategies to overcome risks to ensure the effective operation of this agency. The US Navy recruiting office has a variety of risks that require mitigation strategies to enhance performance in these offices. In this section, the paper will highlight risks and their mitigation strategies for implementation. 
Reducing the overall size of the military poses exposes the recruiting offices to threats in the recruiting process. Recently, the United States has authorized over 1.3 million service members with reserve components of approximately 802 000. Even though this still seems like a lot, the military population has been bigger; for example, at the end of the Cold War, the active force duty had a population of about 2 million (Knudson et al., 2018). The size of the military force has drastically reduced due to fluctuating wars and altering the ideology of national security as the trend has reduced over the past two decades.
