Goal-oriented traits like motivation make it easier for someone to accomplish their goals. Motivation encourages individuals to push their effort to achieve their goals (Bierman, 2016). For a leader to command motivation, they must possess good leadership traits. However, motivation lacks a set design. Therefore, leaders are encouraged to be open-minded about nature (Aeni & Kuswanto, 2021). A competent leader should be able to instill morals and teamwork.
