It must be an organization where unionization and globalization are possible.
Second, explain the importance of equal employment opportunity as you see it through your eyes as the HR director. Why is it important to have up-to-date knowledge about federal laws against discrimination?
Third, select three federal or state discrimination laws that you consider to be important for your organization.
Next, evaluate the laws and why you selected the laws that you chose.
Provide a summary of the total amount of charge statistics in your organization’s state that are related to the three laws you described.
Finally, develop a brief nondiscrimination policy for your organization. Ensure that it reflects what you must do to prevent discriminatory practices at your organization. Be sure it contains all recommended requirements discussed in the unit lesson.

The manufacturing plant is situated in San Jose, California, having approximately 300 workers on the production line. The company manufactures different spare parts for automobiles, distributed and sold further in the United States of America (USA), Canada, and a few countries in the European Union (EU), particularly Germany. Ron Inc. operates as a business-to-business (B2B) organization. The company manufactures and sells parts to reputed business clients, such as General Motors, Bayerische Motoren Werke GmbH (BMW) Corporation, and Tesla Motors. Ron Inc. has 800 active employees, working in manufacturing plant and corporate offices in the USA and regional offices in Canada and Germany.

Importance of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO)
Equal employment opportunity (EEO) is a fundamental concept in organizations to manage unionization and globalization. By definition, EEO refers to mitigating potential barriers that prevent employees from participating or becoming critical assets for an organization. The borders overlook employees with disabilities and association to some racial and ethnic aesthetics, which EEO eliminates during career progression (Pan & Li, 2021). Addressing as the HR Director for Ron Inc., EEO would allow the company to progress by valuing critical talent resources in the manufacturing plants and corporate offices. Applying EEO policies would prevent Ron Inc. from further legislative breaches while progressing in the global business environment.
Simultaneously, having updated knowledge of different legislations defined for discrimination by the federal laws is essential for me as an HR Director. The knowledge and awareness of federal regulations would protect Ron Inc. from potential breaches of labor laws. Besides, I can identify the misappropriate actions in the process controls, leading to consequences for the organization. Ron Inc. According to SRD (2021), unionization in the manufacturing industry declined nationwide until FY2020, recorded at 1.18 million private sectors in the USA. However, the trend could reverse if talent management breached legal guidelines.
State and Federal Discrimination Laws
In California, the Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH) announced an Equal Employment Commission (EEOC) to promote fair and ethical work practices. The three fundamental laws defined by the state government to encourage employee well-being are:

* Disability Discrimination
According to DFEH (2021), employee discrimination is conducted by organizations through different actions and provisions. The three specified categories identified above would protect employee rights from other dimensions and strengthen workplace well-being.
