Introduction Leadership in any professional field is interesting since it is used as a tool to help people guide their careers on the right path. It is also essential to help different classes of people in whatever capacity that they may require such help. Being a leader therefore involves being a servant to the people that are under the specific leader (Barling, Christie, & Hoption, 2011). Professionally, this translates into helping people achieve their goals depending on the authority that an individual has. The influence that the leader has is instrumental in helping other people be successful.
