Servant leadership is a revolutionary way of getting the teams in any workplace to revigorated their creativity and innovation (Wiley, 2013). A servant leader does not necessarily mean that the leaders is answering to the employees under them. Ideally, this is a concept that is associated with the leader offering a platform where the team members are in a position to feel encouraged to pursue their best. The environment has to be enabling for the staff as they are accorded the right level of respect, proper communications, share in truths and their confidence is inspired other than curtailed through hierarchical orders (Lichtenwalner, 2017). This approach offers any firm a competitive advantage relative to the fact that, the level of communication and creativity in a servant leadership setup is highly efficient. The environment is enabling for the staff to reach their full potential. The level of engagement in the employees ensures that the firm is enjoying increased earnings (Clarke, 2017). This is also the case relative to the level of productivity among the staff (Prichard, 2017). Where the staff feel encouraged to reach their potential, it is very easy for them to find the innovation skills put to use (Clarke, 2017).
