Organizational change requires the management to come up with strategies that can be implemented without the employees feeling left out. To sustain these strategies, there is need to focus on organizational identity. This paper looks at changes that would be applied in the American Association of Ambulatory Care Nursing.
For this organization to work better, proper equipment such as ambulances should be enhanced (Ayanian, et. al. 2013).The management should ensure that the ambulances are fully equipped with all the kits that are required. Well trained paramedic doctors should be employed to maintain safety while transporting the patient. There is need to increase the number of employees as under-staffing results to overworking, fatigue and burnout. Under-staffing affects the organization's quality of care and the organization productivity in general.
