In management, a group refers to two or more independent and interacting individuals who come together to accomplish a particular goal, achieve specific objectives, or evaluate a certain assigned task. A team refers to a group of people whose main aim is to perform interdependent tasks or work toward accomplishing a specific objective or a common mission. In an organization, a team is formed for their actions to perform a duty or a task. Teamwork keeps an organization aligned with its goals and achieving its objectives (Harris & Sherblom, 2018). The difference between a group and a team is that a group is made of a collection of individuals who coordinates their efforts, while a team is made of a group of people who share a common objective or goal. Both the group and the team are similar, but what makes the difference is when it comes to teamwork and decision-making. Five stages are used to form a group and a team: forming, storming, norming, performing, and adjourning (Ramírez‐Mora et al., 2020). This company has long been known for the high-quality products and services it offers to society (Li, 2021). The SWOT analysis framework is a strategic management decision-making technique that identifies the most important issues based on both externally and internally of the organization. Apple Inc. SWOT analysis focuses on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the company concerning the industries and the markets. The company involved is cloud computing services, online digital content distribution services, and computing technology (especially software and hardware). This condition needs the development of a wide range of tactics for Apple to ensure the company's growth and competitiveness (Chen & Gong, 2021).
The strength framework of the company is identified to overcome all the weaknesses, resist threats, and capitalize on opportunities.
