Workplace culture is the chief determination of employees’ performance in a workplace. According to Isaac (2017), Uber employees are victims of bad culture such as sexual harassment and racial discrimination that discourages employees from performing their work accordingly. The management should be the top priority of promoting good morals in workers that is the opposite Uber leaders.
According to Patrick Thomas (2021), technology has become a trending factor that determine work performance to many companies. For instance, Microsoft uses latest technology such as online business that has made it to be among the top companies worldwide. However, technology has some risks and therefore, companies should identify the effective technology that could lead to faster expansion of its business activities such using online transaction, advertising, and customer services to win their trust.
