Responses Explain the toxic leader syndrome: Toxic leadership is usually destructive and can harm workers' morale. It can also influence the performance of the organization. The toxic leader syndrome is present when a leader is not concerned about the subordinates' emotional, social, and mental well-being. Moreover, the personality of the individuals harms the culture or atmosphere of the organization negatively (Reed, 2015). Also, the team is convinced that the leader is motivated by his interests alone. Differentiate authoritarian management and administration support: Authoritarian management is an approach where the leader or manager has absolute power to make or revoke the decision, with total control over the actions of the subordinates. Through authoritarian leadership, individuals take full responsibility for the decisions and strategic objectives that guarantee the organization's success (Todorova & Vasilev, 2017). On the other hand, administration support entails the provision of technical aid and other forms of support to assist administrative officers in fulfilling their obligations. Therefore, the administration supports the leadership style approach to challenges as a team (Arends, 1982). Analyze ineffective leadership and effective leadership: There are numerous differences between effective and ineffective leadership. Ineffective leadership, leaders communicate their vision and provide a model of the desired values. They also deal with arising issues, despite the impact or perception of other people on the organization.
