Google products are created internally by Google employees, and Google constantly creates new products. There is also an open communication culture that fosters collaboration among the employees who innovate. The company encourages technological know-how. Research and development remain the most important aspects of the company's growth prospects and support business operations as there is research development, design, and improvement of products, services, and solutions. Accelerating innovation allows Google to improve its competitive edge in products, services, tools, and technology solutions.
Google has a fun working environment and trusts the company's employees while emphasizing the need for them to be better prepared. Happy employees tend to be more productive and especially when their needs and wants are met. It is easier to attract and retain talent when the working environment allows employees to express themselves and be part of the solution.
