Adaptive Project Management Framework
The framework for the project is Scrumban which combines the Scrum and Kanban elements. The framework is designed on the basis and requirements of Valpak Company which targets IT transformation to meet highly expected customer goals. Therefore combining Kanban and Scrumban is based on a five-phase approach. The first phase is developing the Scrumban board; secondly, work-in-progress limits are set and the team priorities established (Ashraf & Aftab, 2017). The last two phases are throwing the planning-poker card and execution. The framework design meets the APM principles such as high quality and adaptability. It also allows room for adjusting the project requirements whenever any need arises. Besides, the Scrumban framework design is necessary for achieving the projected goals.
