Leadership Purpose
My leadership purpose is to inspire young minds and motivate them to become better versions of themselves. It is high time we maximize the potential of all people. We need better tomorrow leaders, and I believe that if people are encouraged, then this will not be an issue in future. They need someone to believe in them, support their dreams and assure them that even if the road to success has many hindrances, it gets easier and that it is all worth it.
In the Bible, Moses is among the most outstanding leaders of all time. He believed that his people's destiny was more incredible than slavery. Moses was determined to lead them out of Egypt to the Promised Land, even though he faced many challenges. Pharaoh refused to let the Israelites on several occasions, but that did not stop Moses. He was persistent because God had promised the Israelites a land where they would prosper.
After Pharaoh gave in, the Egyptians, together with Moses, began their journey to the Promised Land. It was a long journey with many challenges, and most of the people wanted to give up, but Moses encouraged them and stirred them in the right direction, and he became their spiritual guide. He knew that in the end, it would all be worth it, they were going to rest in a place ...
