The article is talking about watching the television. This is one of the most enjoyed means of entertainment that has quite huge following. In America on April 22 is usually commences the week of turning off the television. This is usually done once in every year and individuals busy themselves with either talking to friends, spouse, and children or read a book among other ways to keep some one off the television. The question is, is there any effect on children? The government does not usually have any problem with the adult habits and they are guaranteed in the constitution, Talk of drinking, watching TV, consuming tobacco among others habits. Children are estimated to watch twenty eight hours in a week which totals to 1456hours in a year. This is ironical as they watch spend only 1080 hours in schools. Most of the young person`s pretend that they can work while watching the television which is actually not true as all the concentration is taken by watching in most of the times. Though what is shown in TV is guaranteed in law watching is not and therefore parents should restrain their children. In conclusion, I agree that television should be restricted to the children.
